Gratitude

Thank you.

Thank you for clicking on this link whenever it appears on your screen. For reading these words and for making my effort count for something. I started this blog because I’ve always wanted to write, I’ve always wanted to tell stories that inspire, stories that make you feel seen, heard and challenged to do better, all without the aspire to perspire aspect. I wanted you to find peace, comfort and solace within these blog posts. When life became a little too much, I needed to know that you could click these links and find something that reminds you that you’re not alone, words that ease the struggle and hold your hand through life so thank you.

Thank you for trusting me enough to attempt to do that for you. For reading these posts and keeping pieces of it for yourself, for laughing at my mini jokes and feeling whatever emotion these words invoke within you and for connecting with the characters. I don’t take it for granted. For all your love and support, the comments and the shares, thank you.

Thank you for participating in the actualization of my dreams. You might not know it but each time you click this link you’re helping someone achieve their dream and that someone is grateful. I’m grateful that you take out time to read my story and I hope that I inspire you. If not in any other way but in the sense that I started this blog with little clarity and less confidence but because you kept reading my words I couldn’t just up and leave. I showed up because you did and in the same vein I hope that someone shows up for you too but mostly I hope that you learn to show up for your own self. You only have to make the kite, God will direct the wind. Take a step today no matter how shaky, no matter how bold. Clarity and confidence will come along the way.

To express my gratitude further, this wallflower needs your help with one last thing. I’ll love to write something that encompasses the community we’ve formed here so I’ll need you to tell me something remarkable, something you struggle with or something you want to see within the pages of a book in the link below. It’s completely anonymous so feel free.

Thee Wallflower

P.S what would you like our mini family to be called?
You can drop your suggestions in the comment section or in the link above.

Thank you and have an amazing day🧡
